I am a Program Creator who specializes in Relationship Management. I am an Author, Writer, and Speaker who focuses on the improvement and cultivation of self-awareness, conversation techniques, communication styles, as well as the development and cultivation of a healthy mindset.
This means that I help people have the hard (but necessary) conversations and correct their thinking. I help people improve the way they communicate in their relationships (including the relationship they have with themselves). I help people to improve and shift their current mindset into one that actually works for them and the relationships that they have with others.
Sometimes we confuse our feelings with our thoughts and we confuse the thoughts of others with our own thinking (groupthink); and this hinders us from being able to express ourselves authentically, honestly, and vulnerably–all of which we need to arrive at a true place of understanding in our relationships. I can help with this!
As someone who has struggled with mental health issues (depression and anxiety) as far back as the age of 17, I knew that I had to make some necessary shifts in my life to improve my overall state of being. I knew that my unhealthy mindset was standing in the way of me having a healthy relationship with myself and because of that it was impacting the way that I related with others. Things began to change for me when I realized that wasn’t the way I wanted to spend my life. I knew there was something better and that there was more Bigger and More for me to feel and experience other than being in a constant state of sadness and apathy. I remember feeling alone, hopeless, and unloved. I struggled with my own self-worth. It was at this point that I decided to embark on the greatest work of my life. I decided to make a commitment to improving the way that I was experiencing and interacting with my own life. I decided to start #DoingTheWork. This work has been both challenging and deeply rewarding for me.
I was able to completely change and improve my way of being. I no longer live in a constant state of sadness and unhappiness. I feel better and the quality of my day-to-day life is better because I am now able to think better.
When you think better you feel better.
Learning to correct my own thinking has become one of my greatest assets. It is a necessary life skill and a life-saving skill. Now, I teach others how to do the same.
